Jason Matters
General Manager
Jason has over 20 years of experience in the lawn & tree care field. He Studied Communication at Millersville University. Jason is licensed in many categories for pesticide applications through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. He has also spent several years in sales where he gained valuable knowledge about the green industry, as well as the different products that are available to the consumer. Jason has a real skill of dealing with people and ensuring that each customer is getting quality service. “Customer satisfaction is paramount for Me and our staff here at All Green. I am always willing to work with each customer to ensure satisfaction and quality.” Jason enjoys coaching youth basketball and football and staying active with his family.
Aaron Finefrock
Lawn Care Division Manager
Aaron is our Lawn care manager here at All Green. He is licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in lawn and turf. Aaron has over 15 years of experience in the lawn care industry and became a member of the All Green family in 2012. Before his time in the lawn industry Aaron spent 3 years in the United States Marine Corps and did one tour in Afghanistan in 2004. He was medically discharged due to injuries sustained in combat. He is currently attending Penn State world campus working towards a degree in turfgrass science. This will further enhance our ability to ensure ongoing education for our technicians, as well as continued top notch programs and service to our customer base. In his free time you will find Aaron spending time with his wife and three children or on the links working on his golf game.
Mark Jacoby
Senior Lawn Technician
Mark is our Senior Technician here at All Green. He is licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in lawn & turf. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the field and has been with All Green for 18 years. He is trained in diagnosing and treating disease and damaging insect infestations in turf. Mark is conscientious, approachable, and always willing to work with our customers. Mark is active in his church and community and enjoys time with his family.
Jim Sotzin
Senior Tree Technician
Jim joined our team here at All Green in 2018. He brought with him 40 plus years of experience and knowledge to our Tree Care division. Jim enjoys what he does and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He enjoys conversing with and educating co-workers as well as customers about their trees and landscape. Jim is always willing to talk with you about any issues on your property. He has a real strength for customization of programs as they pertain to your property. Not all programs are the same. Jim knows what to treat and when to treat it. In his 40 plus years of experience there is not much in this industry that Jim has not encountered. He is also an avid golfer and active in his community. Say hello if Jim comes to see you. No doubt you’ll get to know and enjoy Jim as he does what he does best.
Josh Matters
Lawn and Tree Care Technician / Maintenance Supervisor
Josh joined our team here at All Green in 2020. He brings knowledge in an array of fields. Josh is licensed to do applications on both lawn and trees through the PA Department of Agriculture. Always ready to please and customer oriented. Josh is our jack of all trades ready to help out wherever he is needed. Josh also keeps us moving throughout the season as our Maintenance supervisor. Josh is an outdoorsman. He enjoys getting out in the mountains whenever he can. If you see Josh say hello!
