Our standard program includes 7 visits throughout the growing season. Each visit covers balanced fertilization, weed control, and ongoing checks for insect and disease issues. We adapt treatments based on what we see at each stop.
After each application, we’ll let you know when it’s safe for kids and pets to use the lawn, usually once it’s dry or within a few hours after application.

Early Season: Crabgrass pre-emergent plus a balanced fertilizer for a strong start.
Spring: Second pre-emergent, broadleaf weed control (dandelions, clover), and inspection for emerging disease.
Early Summer: Slow-release fertilizer, spot-treat weeds, monitor for disease and insect activity.
Mid-Summer: Grub prevention applied if needed, additional insect check, treat any signs of turf disease or fungus.
Late Summer: Recovery fertilizer, weed control, and summer disease monitoring (like brown patch).
Early Fall: Root development boost, check for thin or bare spots that may benefit from overseeding.
Late Fall: Winterizing fertilizer helps your lawn store nutrients, with a final disease scan—including for issues like snow mold.
Some lawns need more support than the basics. We offer these services as needed to address common issues in our area:
Removes small soil plugs to reduce compaction, improve root growth, and help water, oxygen, and nutrients reach deeper into the soil. Especially helpful for high-traffic or clay-heavy yards.
Proactive and curative applications to manage root-feeding grubs before they cause damage. Mid-summer is key for inspection and treatment.
We monitor for lawn diseases (like red thread, dollar spot, and brown patch) and apply targeted fungicides when required.
Thickens up thin areas and improves lawn density. Best combined with aeration in the fall.
We take soil samples to identify pH or nutrient problems, then tailor lime and fertilizer to optimize turf health.
Keep your lawn healthy going into winter. Our late fall treatments and proper mowing reduce the risk of snow mold in spring.
These services can be added to your base lawn program at any time, or we’ll recommend them if we see a concern during your regular visits.
Mow at the highest recommended setting for your grass type.
Water the lawn as we advise, especially after certain treatments.
Let us know if you see new or unusual problems between our visits.
We schedule and perform all 7 applications.
We adjust products based on weather and lawn conditions.
We inspect for problem spots every time we visit.
We leave you with clear advice on watering and mowing after each visit.
All Green uses professional-grade products that are not available to the public. Our technicians are certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to apply them correctly. For most treatments, you, your kids, and your pets can go back on the lawn as soon as it is dry. We will always leave specific instructions.

The program is typically 7 visits. Fertilization, weed, and insect control are included in the full program. Disease control is an additional service then can be added if needed at an additional cost. Each program can be catered to each customer's specific needs. These needs can be addressed when we provide the estimate.
No. We are specialists in lawn applications only. Our services do not include mowing, pruning, or other landscape maintenance.
Yes. For most applications, you can safely return to the lawn once the product is dry. We will always leave specific instructions for you after each visit.
Most lawns show visible improvement within one full season. Lawns with heavy weed pressure or poor soil may take longer, as control builds up over time with each application.
Preventative grub control is applied earlier in the season to stop grubs before they hatch and cause damage. Curative treatments are used later if an active grub problem is found.
Mow your lawn at a high setting and water it as we advise, especially after a treatment. If you see any new or unusual problems pop up, please give us a call so we can take a look.
